3. Prepare & assess sub-con progress claim.
4. Prepare project preliminary costing.
5. Prepare final account & etc

Requirements:

1. Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree holder in Q.S / building construction or 1-2 years of working experience in construction. (Fresh graduate encourage to apply)
2. Responsible in pre & post contract stage.
3. Capable to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of clerk-of-works
• To supervise construction works at site and to ensure project is constructed in accordance to approved drawings and specification
• To liaise and co-ordinate with the consultants and contractors on all site matters
• To be able to work with all the consultants to acquire information for the smooth implementation of the project
• To monitor, highlight and report on safety issues at the site and also monitor contractor's performance
• To ensure implementation of quality assurance and testing procedures requirements
• To verify contractor's progress claim and to assist in finalization of accounts
• To keep a proper site record an to monitor progress of construction works
• To report to Project Manager/Architect/Engineer on daily construction activities

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the architectural, developing and construction industries.
• Proficient in CAD system, Autocad and Project Planning Software
• Possess good conceptual and design abilities with attention to details
• Experience in Project Management is an added advantage
