We are an established company based in Miri, Sarawak, East Malaysia specialising in Interior Design and Turnkey Project. We are looking for competitive candidate as following position:

Quantity Surveyor
Sarawak - Miri

Responsibilities:

1. Taking off / measurement (Structural / Architectural / Civil / ID) Prepare B.Q ( Structural / Architectural / Civil / ID)
2. Preparing monthly progress claim, VO, quotation, etc
3. Prepare & assess sub-con progress claim.
4. Prepare project preliminary costing.
5. Prepare final account & etc

Requirements:

1. Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree holder in Q.S / building construction or 1-2 years of working experience in construction. (Fresh graduate encourage to apply)
2. Responsible in pre & post contract stage.
3. Capable to work independently with minimum supervision.
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Miri.
5. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
6. Able to converse in Chinese will be an advantage
7. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
